Leadership Development for Elected Council and Senior Managers
The quality of leadership and management is one of the most important success factors in good governance. We can help your elected council and senior managers develop their skills in 12 essential competencies, including: leadership, representation, communicating, policy-making, using power, decision-making and negotiating. Our program involves management development workshops, one-on-one coaching and special projects to put in place the foundations for good governance.
